Questions people ask
What makes a good photo to work from?+
Daylight, no flash, taken down at your pet's level, and close enough that their face fills a decent part of the frame. Send three or four and Patt will help you pick.
Can you paint more than one pet?+
Yes, either together on one canvas or as a matching pair. If you want two or more on the same canvas, go for the Classic size or bigger so there's room.
Can you paint a pet who has passed away?+
Yes, and it's some of the work Patt cares most about. Old or blurry photos are usually fine. She'll tell you honestly if there's enough to work from.
Do you work with people outside Medford?+
Yes. Patt paints for people all over the Rogue Valley, including Ashland, Central Point, Jacksonville, and Grants Pass, and she ships anywhere else in the country. If you're local you can just pick it up.
How does payment work?+
Half up front to hold your spot, and the rest once you've seen the finished painting and you're happy with it.
What if I don't like it?+
You'll see progress photos the whole way through, so it rarely gets that far. If something isn't right at the end, Patt will work with you to fix it before it ships.
